ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

The motion to consolidate the petition for writ of certiorari or mandate (A107095) with appeal No. 107100 is granted.

Respondent superior court is ordered to show cause before this court why the petition for writ of certiorari or mandate should not be granted.

The return to the petition shall be due at the same time as the respondent's brief in the consolidated appeal.

The traverse shall be due at the same time as appellant's reply brief in the consolidated appeal.

Oral argument, if requested, will be heard before Division Four of this Court in its courtroom at 350 McAllister Street, Fourth Floor, San Francisco, California, when the consolidated appeal is ordered on calendar.

This order to show cause is to be served and filed on or before July 20, 2004. It shall be deemed served upon mailing by the clerk of this court of certified copies of this order to all parties to this proceeding and to the superior court.

The clerk shall file a copy of this order in appeal No. 107100.
