Re: In re Gerald Armstrong
Case No. 95-10911AJ
Our File No. SCI02-019

Dear Judge Jaroslovsky:

I write at your request to confirm your telephone call to me of today, March 17, 1997. You stated that you would not act on my letter request of March 13, 1997, because it was (1) not submitted properly by application or motion; and (2) "meritless" and unnecessary. You also asked me if I had read your Memorandum of Decision and told me to submit a formal application if I still wanted the matter considered.

My apologies for not submitting my request by formal application or motion. I will again read your Memorandum of Decision and reconsider whether to approach the Court for additional relief.

Very truly yours,
WILSON CAMPILONGO LLP
