Case No. 95-10911AJ
Our File No. SCI02-019
Dear Judge Jaroslovsky:
I write with respect to the Chapter 7 Discharge Of Debtor entered of March 7, a copy of which was recently received by this office and which is attached for your convenience.
Although the order recites that no adversary proceeding was filed (or that any objection raised was not sustained), an adversary proceeding was in fact filed by this office on behalf of our client The Church of Scientology International ("CSI") and, on February 6, 1996, your Honor issued a Memorandum of Decision, which held that CSI was entitled to enforce the permanent injunction which it had procured against Mr. Armstrong. A copy of the Memorandum of Decision and the subsequent Judgment After Adversary Proceeding Trial are enclosed for your convenience.
We would appreciate the Court issuing an order correcting the March 7, 1997 order. We have taken the liberty of preparing such an order and enclose an original and four copies. If you feel that entering such an order is appropriate, we would appreciate your executing it and returning conformed copies in the envelope provided.
Very truly yours, [signed] Andrew H. Wilson |
