THE COURT FINDS:

1) VALID COURT ORDER

2) ARMSTRONG HAD ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE OF ORDER WHEN HE VIOLATED IT.

3) ARMSTRONG HAD ABILITY TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER.

4) ARMSTRONG WILFULLY DISOBEYED THE ORDER [Handwritten:] by releasing information which he was told not to release.

DEFENDANT MAY APPEAR TO PERSONALLY TESTIFY PRIOR TO ANY FINDING; THIS BEING A CONTEMPT PROCEDURE. [Handwritten:] No appearance by/for defendant.

The court adopts the tentative ruling and imposes sanction on defendant Gerald Armstrong as follows:

Deft Armstrong shall pay $1000.00 fine and serve 48 hours in Marin County jail. Upon the courty signing the order, a bench warrant/body attachment shall issue in the amount of $10,000.00.

Counsel Wilson shall prepare the order + body attachment.
