Maybe these guys are on top of this. I can't say if I know
even one Ron's Organ, although I get a sense a number of them
know who I am. For all I know, Ron's Org is a Miscavige caper,
and half the Organs are ops.
But just accepting what is on the Ron's Org site at face value,
I think I'd rather have Scientology handled by the Organs than
David Miscavige's hands.
The Ron's Orgs and Ron's Organs are not *contracted* to suppress
and destroy my human rights; they haven't spent millions suing
me; they haven't physically assaulted me or threatened to kill
me; and they probably'd appreciate Hubbard's admissions, and even
the exposure of his sociopathy, if they thought about it.

The Miscavige Scientologists actively seek my obliteration.
Minimally, I'd say Ron's Orgs provide a much safer environment
to find out that Scientology doesn't work. Maximally, maybe they
have a sense of humor.
In any event, I'm putting up three images from a 17" x
22" tri-fold brochure advertising Flag services and events.
1. A panel headed: "You Can Come
to Flag."
Text states: "Ron's Org TM is for you. And if you've never
been to Flag before, we've made it easier to arrive with the Flag
Welcome Package..."
2. Copyright and trademark information
panel.
Text includes: "... Ron's Org, Dianetics, Scientology and
Freewinds are trademarks and service marks owned by Religious
Technology Center..."
3. Panel describing events at Flag
between May and July 2006. At least I'm pretty sure it's 2006,
because no other years in recent memory had a June 31st in them.
I don't know all the facts about the "Ron's Org"
name or mark, I am not a lawyer, and nothing I say should be considered
legal advice. But I believe the Ron's Org folks should examine
the possibility of pursuing a challenge to the Miscavige regime's
creating a Ron's Org trademark and using the Ron's Org name in
its commercial advertising.
I believe it can be shown that if the cult registered the trademark
"Ron's Org," the cult did so in bad faith, knowing it
is the name its *competitor* was then actively using. Probably
no Ron's Organ registered the Ron's Org mark, but I think the
record will show that the Organs have used the name in connection
with the services they provided longer than the Miscavige cult
has had the mark registered. The Ron's Org site states that they
have used the name since 1984.
I would look toward a legal demand that the Miscavigeites drop
any claim of ownership of the name and even give up the mark.
I'd bet there's a Dutch/European court where Ron's Organs could
prevail cheaply, and score some good media. And I'd bet there's
a Dutch/EU attorney who would accept this neat, narrow issue against
this sociopathic Scientology cult, and do so for not too many
clams.
Finally, doesn't that red haired young woman behind the Flag
reception desk in photo #1 look like a young Diana Hubbard. Can
anyone who's been to Flag recently identify her?
