Listen to what you're saying. You say that as far as you know no one
in the Scientology organization (the global enterprise suing and
seeking to destroy me) is able to be responsible for anything.

What a terrifying denunication of Scientology. That many utterly
irresponsible people, with a billion dollars, and an obvious
determination to destroy good people -- it's chilling.

There may be someone in charge and responsible, which there is, but
*you* have accepted and accept that Scientology, the organization that
controls the philosophy, has no responsible person in it. You accept
that the application of Scientology, which all organization employees
clearly do more each day than you possibly can, has resulted in
organization-wide irresponsibility.

You accept all that, complete irresponsibility, yet you defend
Scientology's "Suppressive Person" doctrine because "Scientology
works," for you. Talk about irresponsibility! Scientology could not
possibly be working in a sane way if in the single group of several
thousand Scientologists that Scientology produced there is not one
responsible person.

As I mentioned above, and as you know I'm certain and were just
pretending to not know, there *is* someone responsible for
Scientology's relationship with me, its legal and extralegal attacks
on me, all the black PR on me, and the entire campaign of now over 23
years to destroy me -- David Miscavige.

It is DM who keeps virtually every Scientologist, you included,
*contracted* to destroy human rights in violation of criminal
statutes, international human rights charters, and your own "creed."

If you, Stun Surfer, really wanted to do something about Scientology's
contracting Scientologists to destroy human rights, you could execute
and publish a declaration stating that you refuse to be a beneficiary
of the Armstrong contract and that you will not volunteer to do
anything for Scientology until that "contract" is cancelled or you are
specifically removed as a beneficiary.

Scientologists universally are afraid of Miscavige. I think you are
too, and that's why you didn't acknowledge that DM is the person in
your cult responsible for the "contract," the litigation, and the fair
game you'd be subjected to if you acknowledged his responsibility.

It is of course Scientologists' cowardice, and fear of opposing DM who
runs Scientology's fair game and cowardice-creating machines, that
makes the organization scary to people who won't be its cowards. I'm
sure you know what other base characteristics and evil intentions
Hubbard attributes to cowards in Science of Survival. Even without
Hubbard's "wisdom," anyone with a clue knows that all murderers are
cowards and that cowardice makes cowards dangerous to non-cowards.

> but hey, you never know if
>you just talked to someones without lawyers.

The only Scientology organization personnel that DM has permitted to
communicate with me have been his covert ops or his organization
messengers sent to intimidate me or harm me. Mark Rathbun, Mike
Sutter, Mike Rinder, Dave Kluge, Dan Sherman, all were Miscavige ops
or thugs with no directive or authority to honestly communicate.

Miscavige who runs all these cowards, anyone with half a clue can see,
is, the biggest little coward of them all. A few Scientology cowards
could get together and kick his butt out on the street and stop being
cowards, but being cowards that isn't likely to happen. So, it will
take DM himself to actually communicate to resolve the Armstrong
problem. I think he's such a compressed coward that he'd have me
assassinated rather than have to communicate with me, but I'd be
overjoyed to be proven wrong about this.

Thanks for asking.

1. Cancel the contractual prohibitions that Scientology is attempting
to enforce against me.

2. Dismiss all judicial efforts against me to enforce those
prohibitions.

3. Cancel any policies or practices of prohibiting anyone, by
"contract" or not, from doing anything envisioned and protected by
human rights statutes, international human rights charters or your
"creed." That is, end the practice of "contracting" or otherwise
silencing people into silence.

4. Make reasonable restitution.

I also couldn't consider it a satisfactory conclusion to this
nightmare if I didn't also take care of the nightmare my wife Caroline
is to DM, so:

5. Refund Caroline her money.
http://www.carolineletkeman.org/

6. Cancel her daughter's disconnection order.

After that I'd just have left:

7. Complete the exposure and elucidation of the "Suppressive Person"
doctrine (which underlies Scientology's disconnections, financial
ripoffs, refusal of refunds, use of the law to harass, and all the
violations of civil rights statutes, human rights charters and your
"creed."

All of these requirements for a satisfactory conclusion of the
Scientology nightmare, if you look very closely, are reasonable, and
are things that Scientology's "policy" supports, even if the black-
hearted Scientology cowards running your cult don't permit them.
