Declaration, rather than deposition, executed by Miscavige February 8,
1994 and filed in Scientology v. Fishman & Geertz. I'll see what comes
to mind.

The purpose of MCCS for PR purposes was to "sort out" Hubbard's
"corporate category." Mission Corporate Category Sortout. The real
purpose could be stated to be to set up an organization structure
which allowed Hubbard to retain control but to avoid legal
responsibility. Ultimately this became the purpose of the structure
set up under Miscavige: to allow DM to control Scientology and avoid
legal responsibility. That's what the ASI, CSI, RTC, CST, WDC, CMO,
SMI and so forth scamcorps are all for.

DM saying " a project she referred to as the "MCCS project"" is
disingenuous. He was mission ops on MCCS, which was classified as an
"LRH Mission."

DM's assertion that "Mary Sue Hubbard was covertly
attempting to expand her power through her friendship with and
influence over Laurel Sullivan" is nothing more than the shore story
DM was then and is possibly even still peddling.

Whatever Laurel, MCCS and MSH were doing, it was, I believe, exactly
what they believed they were being ordered to do by Hubbard, and done
completely for his benefit. The cultmasters ended up with the same
sort of plan establishing ASI as the controlling for-profit entity,
and all the cultcorps with all their trusts and trustees.

Whatever DM is accusing Laurel and the GO of is what he did. He
assured the permanency of the GO dominance and power (he thought) by
changing its name to OSA.

I believe that if Laurel would talk she would tear a testimonial strip
off DM's carcass for this crap. Unfortunately Laurel has been
shuddered into "contractual" silence, so all we get is DM's crap. But
I would say, based on everything I know about Laurel, Mary Sue,
Miscavige and his cult, that it is just that, crap.

Miscavige knocked off Laurel, Mary Sue, competent GO execs, a bunch of
franchise holders, the Aznarans, the Broekers, the list goes on and
on. That much is true. Whether he also knocked off Hubbard himself has
been the subject of considerable serious debate. He is lying when he
says org restructring differed entirely from that envisioned in the
MCCS project. Much is identical, and the overall purpose is identical.
The real difference is that DM ended up in control and Hubbard ended
up dead.

I can't read Wilson's mind, but I know the cult's, and I can say that
the reason this is being done is to adversely impact and illegaly
threaten critics' Constitutionally guaranteed rights to free speech,
freedom of religion, freedom of assembly and due process.

I believe that the cult is doing this now, and does much of what it
does, to create a cover and defense of reasonability for their illegal
actions. They think that if they didn't quit trying to enforce the
illegal Marin SC order, and didn't quit trying to use it against other
critics, it would appear that they acknowledge the order's illegality.

That's why they continually dig themselves in deeper. They should
quit, but they think they can't. If they quit they think it would
appear that they quit because they recognized that what they had been
doing was illegal. So they keep doing more and more illegal things.
