Re: Response to
Application for Criminal Prosecution in Russia
Dear David:
I am writing to
you because you are a recipient of my response to your cult’s “
application” for criminal prosecution of me in Ekaterinburg, Russia.

I made you a
recipient of my response, of course, because you are responsible for the
actions of the Ekaterinburg Scientologists and responsible for the
application. You can easily remedy all the problems generated by the
application, as well as all other problems being generated by Scientology.
Just as the
Scientology cult’s former leader Hubbard did, you and the cultists under
your direction are trying to create the illusion that you don’t run the
cult, and that you aren’t responsible for its problems, and its abuses,
excesses and criminality. But, Scientology is, as both of us know, a
dictatorship, and you, David, are its present dictator, and you are therefore
responsible.
As you can see
by my response, the charges that your Scientologists in Russia are attempting
to bring against me are completely false.
I ask that you
advise the Russian authorities and the other people to whom I have sent my
response, as well as your own cultists, that the allegations your juniors have
made about me in their application are false.
I also ask that
you, being responsible for all of your cult’s corporations and groups
and for all Scientology cultists around the world, undertake to have them all
comply with the requests I make of you and them in my response.
1. Dismiss your unlawful legal actions against me, eliminate the unlawful
conditions in your “contract” that seek to strip me of my human
rights, cancel your unlawful court injunctions, and withdraw your unlawful
arrest warrants.
2. Publicly, honestly and forever repudiate fair game in all its ugly
forms.
3. Repudiate black PR, and tell the truth about your black propaganda
victims.
4. Stop completely and forever your violations of individual human rights
in every country.
5. Discontinue forever the practice of obtaining and keeping personal,
private information on people for control, blackmail or for any other unholy
purpose.
6. If you wish to have Scientology continue to be an intelligence
organization, cease calling it a “religion,” and if you wish to
have Scientology actually be a religion, cease being an intelligence
organization.
And of you
personally, David, I again demand that you return to me the manuscript,
artwork and other documents you had stolen from my car and delivered to you.
It is beyond argument that your agents, while in your employ, broke into my
car and stole my property, and that you personally and feloniously possessed
these things, which are my creations and which are of great commercial,
artistic and personal value.
Just
think…since that day in 1984 when you had your agents steal my property
and deliver it to you, you have been a criminal, a common thief. It is no
wonder that you have had your cultists attack me so ruthlessly all these
years, and go to such extremes to silence me. It is no wonder that Scientology
is run by you as a criminal organization. How terribly cruel to thousands of
good people.
As always, I
await some sign of decency from you.
