Dear Mr. Boeckman:

    I am in receipt of the transcript of the Rodriguez
Board of Rights proceedings and the burglary report. I am
still mystified by the follow-up report of 11-29-84 because I
was never contacted by anyone from the LAPD, and have never
said the manuscript "was of personal value only." I suspect
it is part of the Ingram operation within the Department,
and designed to cause me more trouble and take the legitimate
investigators off the investigation.

    I am enclosing a check for $51.96 to cover copying
and postage.
