1. I am a partner of the law firm of Wilson Campilongo LLP and am an attorney

the subject of this action, a residence located on Fawn Drive, San Anselmo, California was

destroyed by fire. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit E is a copy of an

article from the Marin Independent Journal describing that fire.

I declare under penalty pursuant to the laws of the State of California that the foregoing
