American Red Cross June 3, 1995 Dear Friends of the Church of Scientology: On behalf of the St. Louis Bi-State Chapter of the American Red Cross, DR 650, and the people of the St. Louis metropolitan area I would like to express our thanks and appreciation to the Volunteer Ministers of the Church of Scientology for their efforts and assistance in this time of disaster relief. Your ministers functioned in important and essential areas of the relief operation. They manned the hotline phones, provided warehouse assistance, office assistance and worked closely with several job specific functions. The support they provided to the internal Red Cross workers was invaluable and vital to the success of the relief operation.
