It was a secret when
it was signed on 1 October 1993 by the lackeys of

The thug who constructed
on the IRS "side" (there were no actual sides,
and there was no actual "war" between them--it was ALL being
directed on
both "sides" by IRS and the "war" was dog-and-pony
show to cover that
up) was Howard Schoenfeld, who earlier had worked with Meade Emory at
the Assistant Commissioner level of IRS, and who just HAPPENED to be the
one appointed by IRS to chair the "work group" <SPIT!>
that granted the
exemption to EXACTLY what Emory and the Lenskes had created--probate,
corporations, and all.
At the signing, the
paid whore Monique Yingling fronted for Lenske,
Lenske & Heller--who themselves were fronting for Meade Emory--Yingling
signing with power of attorney for CST, specifically to hide the
connection between Schoenfeld on the inside of IRS and Emory on the
"outside." The whole dirty deal was completely done between
those two
criminal IRS fucks. Lenske, Lenske & Heller had been set up inside
Scientology in 1981 as personal and professional attorneys, agents, and
representatives of the missing (most likely dead) "L. Ron Hubbard,"
brought Emory quietly and secretively in through the back door,
completely demolished the entire organizational structure, and replaced
it with the current corporations that Schoenfeld then blessed--with
Lenske, Lenske & Heller in control at CST.
The reason the once-secret
agreement got leaked is because a woman named
Lisa Jan Precious and some of her friends found out about Meade Emory's
involvement, and in late 1997, like fucking IDIOTS, walked STRAIGHT into
the lion's den with it by marching into the office of the head of the
Joint Committee on Taxation at the time, Senator William V. Roth, Jr.,
and dumping the whole report in his lap. Of course that fucking criminal
schmuck already knew all about it, but his chief aide, Bill Nixon,
played dumb and told Precious and company to keep it all very quiet and
that Roth's office was going to do "an investigation." <SPIT!>
Precious,
like a fucking ~idiot~, agreed to play by THEIR rules, and the next
thing you know the Secret Agreement was suddenly leaked to the Wall
Street Journal (no doubt by Roth shitting his pants, then calling up the
editors of WSJ, calling in favors [or worse], and sending over a
messenger with a sealed package.) Then Precious got leaned on by BOTH
OSA ~and~ IRS--mainly because they are now THE SAME ORGANIZATION, and
SOMEBODY made a secret videotape of her, which IRS threatened her with,
claiming she was somehow responsible for or involved in the leak.

history on this that you've got about a month of solid

But you have to actually
READ the documentation if you want to have a
clue what is going on.
Part of what I just
described above (about Precious and what came just
before the actual leak to WSJ, plus some of the other stuff, including
information on Schoenfeld) was only revealed in the last week or so by
three new press releases from Public Research Foundation, who, it seems
from what they say, were the ones who first dug up the dirt on Emory to
begin with. Then Gerry Armstrong--another crook, thief, and thug who
stole $5 million worth of the Hubbard estate property in collusion with
Sherman Lenske so the Lenskes would have a high-profile case to "prove"
that Hubbard was "alive" (using Treasury Department personnel
as
forensic "experts"), got paid off something between $800,000
and $2
million by the Lenskes for his trouble, and then ran around for years
with a big, loud campaign helping to hide the Lenskes' and Heller's very
existence and roles--immediately tried to infiltrate Public Research
Foundation, while Arnie Lerma was simultaneously trying to pry out
information about them through bogus phone calls. (You might wonder how
and why Lerma does so well for himself with no visible means of support,
but squeals "poverty--gimme stamps" so he can run HIS part of
the
campaign to hide and protect Lenske, Lenske & Heller. Free clue: $175
million disappeared from the Hubbard estate while it was under LL&H's
control. The copyrights hadn't been in CST's ownership for much more
than a year when Lerma suddenly got busy posting their copyrighted works
to the internet so he could then be involved in yet ANOTHER high-profile
law suit that just HAPPENED to "prove" that those copyrights
were
"owned" by RTC--not CST. Which just HAPPENS to be a HUGE fucking
criminal fraud that just HAPPENED to help keep LL&H and their
connections to Meade Emory completely hidden. So Arnie Lerma is a thug
lackey mole for LL&H and a fucking criminal who was KNOWINGLY involved
in a massive criminal fraud on the courts and on the public. And if he
doesn't like me exposing me for what he is, he can sue me. Discovery
