September 12, 1982. Photo of the man who had surveilled my apartment on August 18, 1982, identified to me by the Costa Mesa police as Gregory Alton Osbourne. Here, he is getting out of a Camaro, license #1EYL256, as the result of my approaching with my camera. The Camaro is parked alongside the Cadillac, license #082XQV, in the parking lot of the Sandpiper Motel, adjacent to the trailer park where my wife and I lived. Mr. Osbourne has turned his head away, apparently to avoid having his face photographed.
