This order is issued as a clarification of Vancouver Ethics
Order
No. 49 on Graham Leese, by assigning his various hats/areas an
individual condition so he can work out of them.
1. As Graham Leese, he is assigned a condition of Non-Existence.
He is encouraged to apply the formula forthwith.
2. As a C/S, he is assigned a condition of Danger for bypassing
his regular C/S and C/Sing his own case and not getting
auditing for his PC (himself).
3. As a PC, assigned a condition of danger for (a) not recognising
when a PC (himself) needed auditing, and (b) not accepting
sessions from April 13, 1972 (his last session) and May 5th,
1972, the date of the accident, and (c) not being in a condition
to be audited on his program after May 6th, 1972 but having to
be given assists.
4. As a group member, he is assigned a condition of Non-Existence
for not applying for leave, and for not being here.
5. As a stable terminal in the area, Non-Existence for not
being
here.
6. As an auditor, he is assigned a condition of liability,
for
not writing up his hat, leaving post without completing
various aduiting cycles he started, and not ensuring that a
suitable replacement was available.
7. As a Scientologist, he is assigned a condition of liability,
for putting the name and technology of Scientology in jeopardy
amoungst PCs, students and staff by not applying Scientology
technology and data to his own life, especially the data that
the spirit alone may save or heal the body.
Graham is urged to apply the Non-Existence formula to himself,
so
that he can be in a position to apply the other formulas to the
other areas and work out of them.
