CoW ® encourages splinter movements. You have to join first to
splinter though.

CoW ® has never had a good reason to declare any wog ®, and I believe
the "good reasons" the antiwogs ® give for declaring people aren't
good reasons at all. But we'll certainly certify you and fully hat you
if you send a donation of $29.95 or more.
To keep any CoW ® producing you have to milk it. Any farmer knows
that.
